Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise and train team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective team management and supervisory skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers
- Experience in purchasing and retail sales
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
