What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist/Office Administrator position at Foot and Ankle Center of New Jersey?
Rapidly growing medical group seeking a full-time office assistant/receptionist to split time between our Denville and Little Falls office location.
Candidate must be reliable, have the ability to multi-task, have flexibility in their schedule, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and take direction. Prior medical office, billing, and clinical experience is not required but is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate.
Some job responsibilities include: greet and register patients in a friendly manner upon arrival, schedule new and follow up appointments, answer phones and take complete messages, maintain patient confidentiality, keep front office and patient rooms stocked with adequate supplies, scanning, faxing, copying, filing and other clerical skills, collecting copayments and posting to the patients account, insurance authorizations and precertification, as well as other duties.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35-40 per week
