Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role includes estimating costs, creating schedules, managing staffing, reviewing contracts, tracking expenses, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. You’ll work closely with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project completion. Experience within cold storage processing plants highly preferred, but distribution and / or industrial is also acceptable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Estimate project costs and timelines.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Review and negotiate contracts.
- Track project expenses and manage cost coding.
- Hire, staff, and manage project teams.
- Oversee sub-contract creation and execution.
- Lead decision-making and stakeholder communication.
- Attend meetings, site visits, and conferences.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Negotiate with suppliers and pursue new job opportunities.
