What You’ll Do:
- Work with a team of engineers and architects to assess building conditions and perform energy audits.
- Help clients plan their capital and maintenance budgets.
- Review building designs, provide system commissioning, and lead forensic evaluations.
- Travel to various project sites and contribute to unique, impactful projects.
What You’ll Need:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (BS or PE).
- 5 years of experience in building systems design/evaluation (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Expertise in HVAC and plumbing, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and energy conservation.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, sustainability, and energy audits is a plus (LEED, CEM certificates are a bonus).
- Physical Requirements:Ability to work in construction environments and move through sites (rough terrain, confined spaces, etc.).
- Travel 25-50% of the time.
