Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team and support the development of large-scale industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating costs for heavy industrial projects, analyzing blueprints, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for industrial construction projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and required materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates.
- Research and evaluate costs of materials, labor, and equipment to ensure competitive and precise estimates.
- Prepare detailed bid proposals and present them to clients and internal teams.
- Identify and assess potential risks, including cost overruns and schedule impacts.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, construction methods, and cost fluctuations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain accurate pricing.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in project meetings to provide cost-related insights and recommendations.
