Job Title : Project ManagerLocation : New Albany, OHDuration : 12 monthsRate : $70 - $80 / hrPer Diem : $140 / dayHours : 50 hours per weekAs a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring the successful management of a high-performing team. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and financial performance of projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s core values : people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence.Your duties will include managing all project phases from qualification through estimation, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout. You will ensure that all project and contractual requirements are met in a safe and professional manner, adhering to established budgets and schedules.Key Responsibilities : Lead project teams throughout all stages, from planning to completion.Develop and implement project execution plans, including scheduling and coordination.Collaborate with the Superintendent and field teams to ensure timely project delivery.Identify risks and potential issues, developing and executing recovery plans as necessary.Oversee financials, approve invoices, track budget variance, job costs, and productivity, and report financial performance.Successfully negotiate change orders.Serve as the main point of contact for clients and end-user stakeholders.Foster strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.Source, qualify, and secure new opportunities for growth.Build and nurture a high-performing team, providing mentorship and training for employee development.Scope & Responsibilities : Receive assignments based on objectives and goals, with guidance on achieving them.Provide direction and manage employees in line with company policies and management directives.Administer and recommend changes to unit or sub-unit policies.Management reviews work to assess goal achievement.Complexity & Discretion : Evaluate situations or data to determine appropriate actions, using judgment within established guidelines.Incorrect decisions or failure to meet objectives may result in project delays.FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
