Title: Manager of Architecture and Engineering Operations
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
Duration: Permanent
Compensation: 140,000 - 160,000, DPOE
The position involves leading and expanding our client's facilities division operations throughout multiple states, focusing on consulting services in building science, technology, real estate, and management. Based in Atlanta, the role requires a dynamic leader with strong entrepreneurial skills and industry connections in the A/E/C sector.
Key responsibilities include managing regional teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, monitoring performance through site visits and audits, facilitating training, and coordinating marketing and recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will develop annual growth strategies, manage budgets, oversee project performance, and promote continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a focus on building science and technology (Construction and/or Design).
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience, or 20 years in lieu of a degree.
- Architecture or Engineering registration in Georgia preferred.
- Industry certifications such as RRO/RRC, RWC/REWC, REWO, RBEC, CBECxP, LEED, CASP, etc., are a plus.
- Professional involvement with organizations like AIA, ASHRAE, BEC, ABAA, IIBEC, USGBC, etc., is also advantageous.
