This role is focused on leading engineering teams, ensuring safety compliance, and driving quality and risk management on projects. Key responsibilities include promoting safety practices, quality monitoring, and pre-task planning for all projects. The position requires providing technical direction for routine and complex projects, including overseeing the design and investigative approach for significant project phases or managing engineering work for moderate-scale projects. The role also involves conducting detailed technical reviews, formulating recommendations, and preparing written reports for clients. Additionally, the candidate will lead technical training, supervise less experienced engineers, and contribute to business development through marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements : A Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, Professional Engineer (PE) registration, and a valid driver’s license.
