As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients while assisting our team in managing commercial insurance policies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and other team members to ensure that our clients receive the best insurance coverage and support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to commercial insurance clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and resolve underwriting issues.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Assist with claims reporting and follow-up as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is required, commercial insurance is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and insurance agency management systems.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
