Duties

- Process claims related to workers' compensation, Medicare, and other insurance programs.
- Maintain organized files and records of all claims processed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary medical records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and healthcare professionals regarding claim status and requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in law and relevant regulations.
