About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Student Facilitator to join our team at Foothills Education Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the academic success of our students through individualized instruction, mentoring, and career counseling. They will also be responsible for monitoring program student progress, collaborating with other staff members, preparing program student updates, and sharing critical information. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field with a valid Georgia teaching or service certificate. They should also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to relate well to students, parents, and co-workers.

The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following KPIs:
- Monitor program student progress and share updates with site and regional staff.
- Collaborate with other staff members to understand the barriers each program student is facing and the interventions being used to address them.
- Prepare bi-weekly program student updates for each resident district.
- Share critical information with resident district liaisons.
- Contact potential students using quarterly dropout lists provided by resident districts.
