What are the responsibilities and job description for the Development and Communications Director position at Foothills Gateway Inc.?
The Development & Communications Director serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Foothills Gateway, Inc. The person in this position has the primary responsibility for all fundraising and development activities including solicitation of major gifts, grants, management of special events, and corporate and Foothills Gateway Foundation support. The Development & Communications Director also has the responsibility for designing and implementing the marketing and communications plan ensuring consistency in theme and relevance of content to support Foothills Gateway’s mission. The communications scope includes published newsletters, website content, social media posts, public relations messages, keynote presentations, brochures, direct mail, promotional videos, and annual reports.

Qualifications
· Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations or related field.
· Experience in a nonprofit organization is preferred.
· Must have experience in areas of supervision/management
-1 full time positions available at $94,500-$103,950/yr. DOE/DOQ,
