Job Description
Foothills Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our vacation rental cabins meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The QA Specialist will inspect cabins after they are cleaned to confirm they are guest-ready and uphold our company's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental cabins after cleaning is completed.
- Verify that all cleaning tasks meet company and owner standards.
- Check for cleanliness, proper staging, and stocking of supplies (e.g., towels, toiletries, coffee supplies).
- Ensure all appliances, electronics, and amenities are functioning properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Communicate feedback to cleaning teams to address and improve quality where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines, including fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and other safety checks.
- Perform occasional inventory checks and assist with restocking cabin supplies.

Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice small details and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Organized and Reliable: Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Communication Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback to cleaning teams and communicate effectively with management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, bend, and lift light items as required during inspections.
- Previous Experience: Background in cleaning, property management, hospitality, or QA is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between properties.
