- Analyze and evaluate current business systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and Supply Chain, to understand system requirements and recommend optimized solutions
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including workflows, data flows, and technical specifications
- Design, test, and implement system improvements, upgrades, or new solutions that align with organizational goals
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues and ensure timely resolution
- Assist in the implementation and integration of enterprise systems, including ERP, MES, and data analytics platforms
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Train employees on system functionalities, updates, and best practices to ensure effective usage
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that support Footprint's strategic objectives
- Support Footprint's KPIs and goals related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and environmental sustainability
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, business systems, or a related role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Proficiency in database management, SQL, and system integration concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, or other reporting tools
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams
