Footwise is looking for a motivated, customer focused supervisor to become Store Manager at it's newest store. This new location in the Footwise shoe store family is unique for its focus on Dansko footwear. Customers will receive the same attention and fitting experience they've come to expect from Footwise, while havng the opportunity to shop a curated, expanded selection of Dansko products for work and beyond.
Our full-time, in-store managers are empowered with the responsibility of running and operating the store to company standards. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and sustain a well-trained, organized, and motivated staff as well as maintain the superior level of customer service our stores are known for.
- During the initial training period, this position will be paid an hourly rate of $27.00.
- The pay structure will be reevaluated when sales stabalize and allow for anaysis of the full earning potential for the position.

- Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- The Store Manager has the option of having Sunday & Monday as their normal days off or Sunday and their choice of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
- Ensure the store opens and closes every day per standards and requirements.
- Promote and maintain excellent customer service by fostering team spirit and accountability in a clean and welcoming environment
- Manage daily transactions, inventory, and bank deposits staff schedules and store timeclock
- Monitor and guide team members to give consistent care and consideration to each valued customer.
- Meet with other departments on a regular basis. Communicate outcomes with your team in a consistent and clear manner, keeping them informed of any updated policies, procedures, or strategies.
- Set goals and maintain sales production by tracking sales associates’ scorecards, providing continual training and feedback and communicating sales incentives and promotions.
- Understand Point-of-Sale operations and merchandising and train employees on how to best utilize and maintain the tools
