For Good & Company is looking for a talented Creative Director to join a growing and ambitious team. It is an exciting time within the agency and this position will help lead the charge.

As a Creative Director, you’ll transform ideas into captivating creative work that inspires and delivers. With the support of your Executive Creative Director and the collaboration of For Good & Company’s creative, strategy, tech, accounts, project management, and production teams, you’ll bridge the gap between strategy and imagination to craft solutions that leave a lasting impression.

Your role is about balancing the big picture with the fine details. From ensuring we sell in the big idea to aligning all of the details that set the perfect tone, you’ll oversee every element that shapes the final vision. You’ll lead a talented team of designers, writers, art directors, filmmakers, fabricators and photographers, guiding them to bring our concepts to life with creativity and precision.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be the face of the creative process for clients, weaving stories that bring strategies to life and delivering presentations that both resonate and inspire. Storytelling is at the heart of what you do, and your ability to connect with clients and audiences alike will be key. Alongside producers and project managers, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly, all while keeping the vision sharp and vibrant.

Salary range for this position DOE. You will receive three weeks paid vacation, thirteen paid holiday days; paid sick time; 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, disability and term-life policy premiums for employee; insurance benefits available for dependents which is paid by employee through pre-tax 125 cafeteria plan; FSA or HSA plans available for employee-paid co-pays / deductibles or dependent care expenses; 401k plan; gated employee parking; transportation and technology stipend; company-paid outings.

Position requires sitting or standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 30 pounds, extensive use of a computer, driving an automobile and personal automobile available for business use (mileage is reimbursed), occasional national travel with out-of-town stays as long as seven days (sometimes longer), non-compete agreement and non-disclosure agreement
