- Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior, ensuring timely communication with healthcare professionals.
- Implement care plans as directed by healthcare providers, focusing on personalized care for each client.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring clients can participate in community activities or appointments.
Experience
- Previous caretaking experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with resident rights and the importance of maintaining dignity in care is essential.
- Certification in CPR is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held is required.
- Experience with meal preparation and understanding dietary restrictions is beneficial.
- Ability to observe patients effectively and report any significant changes in their condition or behavior promptly.
