Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer

Job Purpose: To ensure that the organization's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Incoming calls and inquiries
  • PCP contacts
  • Dissemination of Care Plan Reviews
  • Obtaining electronic signatures on paperwork
  • Monthly contacts to clients
  • Denial calls
  • Approval calls
  • Dissemination of annual brokering packets
  • Brokering and Rebrokering
  • Critical Incident follow ups
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Great communication and documentation
  • Administrative skills: saving, uploading, faxing, scanning, and editing documents

Preferred Minimum Training and Experience

  • Experience assessing elderly and disabled clients preferred
  • Prior case management and administrative experience preferred

Job Type: This is a FFS position

Work Location: from the comfort of your home

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
