What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Forage Cafe?
Do you like Oregon wine country, wood fired entrees, pizzas and desserts? How about Calabrian chilis or charred artichokes? A dynamic wine list and three ingredient cocktails are a paramount part of what we offer. If these are things you love you should read on.
We are a small operation and with the current climate I will need every employee, regardless of job title, to be willing to jump in and help where needed. That means that as a server/bartender you might be asked to do some dishes or clean the bathrooms when you aren't serving customers. If that doesn t sound like something you d be willing to do then this might not be the best fit for you.
The ideal candidate has a great attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to continually learn.
We are currently open Thursday - Monday. Schedule flexibility is a must.
We ask that all FOH applicants have at least 3 years of recent experience, including both serving and bartending. Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine and beer is a must. Must have current OLCC and Food Handlers cards.
