Overview
Seeking an experienced Pizzaiolo for a small wood fired pizzeria. Small place -12 seater. Very busy Spring/Summer. Looking for someone with availability THURS-SUNDAYS, and dough preparation on Wednesdays. Must be able to commit through Summer and Fall. Must be 18
Duties

- Experienced pizzaiolo
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food handling safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of dough, daily preparation of pizza toppings, and other menu items, contributing to overall kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking.
- Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Ability to chop wood
- Work with team at end of night clean up of kitchen, dishes, sweeping, mopping
Experience
- Previous experience in a culinary role is preferred, particularly in pizza preparation or similar cooking environments.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
