Role Overview :
As the Director of Product at Forage, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to drive innovation in the payments industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable payment solutions. Your role is pivotal in shaping the product vision to meet customer needs, achieve business goals, and maintain a competitive edge in the payments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Vision & Strategy :
Define and own the product vision aligned with the company’s mission and objectives.
Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their pain points and opportunities.
Ensure clear communication of product requirements and timelines to engineering teams.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
Present product updates, strategy, and progress to the executive team and board members.
Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team.
Lead the hiring strategy for the product team, identifying skill gaps and building a world-class team of product managers and other key roles.

Your base salary would fall within the bands below. Please keep in mind that the equity portion of your offer is not included in these numbers and represents a significant part of your total compensation.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
