Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and motivated senior sales executive to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing professional with a proven history of success in solution selling of content, marketing, and media services to entrepreneurs and business leaders.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will serve a vital role by consulting with entrepreneurs, CEOs, and business owners to close high-value deals. Backed by our corporate marketing and business development teams, you’ll benefit from a steady flow of highly qualified leads, allowing you to focus on driving results. In this role, you will help our clients establish themselves as authorities in their fields and achieve measurable business growth through thought leadership marketing and book publishing services.

Our sales process is both consultative and well-defined. We provide a clear path to success, with metrics that ensure predictable close rates and income potential. Success in this role requires a passion for following proven sales methodologies with precision, enthusiasm, and accountability.     Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with prospects to identify needs and demonstrate the value of Advantage’s services
    • Execute a well-defined, consultative sales process with clear success metrics
    • Leverage a proven sales methodology to achieve high close rates and maximize income potential
    • Close high value deals ranging from $50K to $500K through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering confident and compelling presentations virtually or in occasional in-person settings

    Only Apply If You Have:

    • Experience: 7 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets, within the professional services industry
    • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to sell content and marketing solutions ranging from $50K to $500K in a short sales cycle to C-level executives and business leaders
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree
    • Skills: Exceptional ability to close deals over the phone, virtually, or in person
    • Mindset: Driven by results, with the courage and commitment to excel

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
    • Completion of recognized sales training programs (e.g., Sandler Sales or equivalent)
    • Proven experience in media sales, pharmaceutical sales, or consulting roles
    • Success in selling solutions valued at $100K or more
