General Job Overview :
The Assistant to Assistive Technology Specialist will support Forbes AAC’s team of Assistive Technology Specialists (ATS) to ensure efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and impactful outcomes for individuals relying on AAC. This position assists ATS team members with administrative tasks, device preparation, scheduling, documentation, and customer follow-ups, enabling the specialists to dedicate more time to direct client interactions.
