Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee medium to complex initiatives, maintaining detailed plans, progress updates, and resolution of issues Guide teams through the development, testing, and deployment of solutions Manage timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate multiple concurrent projects with precision Adapt to and implement methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) based on project needs, while directing team efforts and enforcing technical standards. Supportive Leadership
Take charge of all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Provide input on team development and growth opportunities Assist in strategic planning, financial management, and resource optimization for various initiatives Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts for services, software, and hardware solutions Evaluate and recommend updates to existing workflows, policies, and practices to drive improvements Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagements
Act as a technical advisor, evaluating new business needs and providing actionable recommendations Build strong relationships with business leaders to align solutions with strategic objectives Partner with peers to refine and promote standard practices across the organization Additional Contributions
Take on other responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals and initiatives Required Skills :
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects, including expertise in planning, source allocation, risk mitigation, and financial oversight Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to discern their appropriate applications Proven success in delivering complex projects within budget and timeline, ensuring high-quality outcomes Certifications & Skill
PMP Certification strongly preferred Vendor management expertise, including contract negotiations and vendor selecting Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audience Demonstrated ability to create effective presentations and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholder Professional Attributes
Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong emotional intelligence, fostering collaboration across disciplines with varied technical expertise Professional demeanor, promoting a positive and solution-oriented atmosphere Commitment to quality and continuous improvement in technology delivery Flexibility & Commitment
