Business Analyst, Billing / Accounting Applications

Position Summary
We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our Client Accounting and Risk team, supporting applications related to billing transactions and risk management. This role serves as a crucial liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, focusing on day-to-day project advancement, functional workflows, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
Responsibilities
- Act as intermediary between technical resources (developers, vendors, IT) and business stakeholders
- Create workflows and perform data analysis
- Gather and document business requirements
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop functional/technical specifications, wireframe diagrams, and test plans
- Manage defect/bug fix processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience creating technical documentation and wireframes
- Background in accounting/finance applications or related business areas
- Knowledge of database administration or relational databases
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management and business process improvement experience
- Familiarity with current technology trends
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and SDLC methodologies
- Law firm experience
- SQL knowledge
- InTapp Time experience highly desired
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
