Azure DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable, automated cloud environments for enterprise applications. This role will focus on cloud-based infrastructure and automation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to drive efficiency, security, and reliability across deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline and enhance deployment processes.
- Automate testing, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure system resilience and stability.
- Identify and execute automation strategies that improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Continuously refine cloud infrastructure, deployment tooling, and best practices to align with evolving business needs.
- Establish and track key performance indicators for system stability and DevOps efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies and DevOps methodologies to enhance automation and security practices.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to align cloud solutions with business goals.
- Provide hands-on support and mentorship, reinforcing DevOps best practices across teams.
- Lead incident management and post-mortem processes, ensuring effective root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Deploy and configure cloud resources using IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM to maintain consistency across environments.
- Maintain expertise in identity management, security, and networking within cloud platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or systems engineering.
- Strong expertise in Azure services and automation, including ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) platforms like ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and cloud security protocols.
- Willingness to work off-hours for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
