Job Summary:
As an Industrial Print Line Operator, you will be essential in overseeing the production process on the print line, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards. Your mechanical knowledge and communication skills will facilitate effective collaboration with team members. With a focus on quality control and efficiency, you will contribute to the organization's goal of delivering exceptional products to clients.
Description / Responsibilities:
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times. (i.e. Provided Safety Glasses and Provided Safety Shoes, etc.)
- Work in a Safe and Productive Manner.
- Maintain Safety and Housekeeping Standards in and around work area.
- Efficient operation of the printing machinery / process.
- Maintaining good communication to report and maintain proper inventory levels of raw materials and shift output.
- Minor adjustments to machinery to maintain proper function, and Preventative Maintenance Requirements.
- Entering proper printer input commands to print materials as dictated by the provided Production Schedule.
- Preliminary QC observations to ensure material being produced meets quality standards.
- Immediately report any Safety, Machinery, Inventory or Quality concerns to Supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Familiar with basic computer functionality and knowledge.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Good communication with coworkers and supervision.
- Ability to responsibly work with little supervision.
- Printing familiarity is a plus.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to / from work.
- Must successfully complete drug and background testing.

Schedules available:
- Weekends - 12-hour shifts
- Weekdays - 10- hour shifts
- Starting Pay $18 to $20 per hr. depending on experience and desired shift.
