Overview
We are seeking a part-time skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team and serve as the trusted paralegal to the Managing Attorney, managing estate planning, trust administration, probate, and business law matters. This role requires strong legal research abilities, excellent drafting and writing skills, and superb people skills.
This role is likely to lead to full-time employment, or could stay part-time depending on the preferences of all involved.

Responsibilities
The person selected for this role will:
- Work directly with and support the Managing Attorney.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while addressing their needs.
- Draft and prepare key legal documents including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, business resolutions, and other legal documents.
- Assist in managing a full caseload of estate planning, business planning, trust administration, and some probate cases.
- Manage case files using Clio and other document management systems to ensure organization and accessibility.
- Collaborate with external professionals.
- Build strong client relationships while contributing to the success of our practice.
- Oversee calendar management.
- Other tasks as may be designated by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 3 years of paralegal experience in Estate Planning and Business Law.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of various areas of law including Estate Planning, Business Law, Trust Administration, and Probate.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail is essential.
- Familiarity with Clio and Wealth Counsel is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
