- Experience procuring and purchasing ingredients and packaging for a high volume of SKUs
- Team management experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Adaptable, flexible, able to handle shifting priorities
- Self-starter, self-motivated
- 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, able to hit the ground running
- Manage a team of 4
- Manage procurement / purchasing for a high volume of indigents and packaging for production at contract manufacturing sites
- Responsibility for front end of materials management : analyzing demand, placing POs, managing relationships with vendors, getting materials to their destination
- Manage safety stock levels
- Work cross-functionally to support new projects and packaging transitions
- Proactively resolve any procurement-related issues
- Support other related functions as needed
