Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the formulation, renovation, and commercialization of new products
- Oversee R&D project lifecycle : from ingredient sourcing, costing, and labeling to post-launch monitoring
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on product launches
- Conduct independent experiments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage industrial trials, ensuring project milestones are met
- Support margin improvement initiatives and ingredient vendor relationships
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from concept to launch.
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years in CPG, with a strong background in product commercialization and operations
Requirements :
Education : Masters degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field (PhD highly preferred).
