Responsibilities
">- Lead pre-construction efforts including providing constructability and value-engineering analysis and securing permits as required.
- Participate in presentations to clients, as required, and establish and maintain positive relationships with owners, customer personnel, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders and assist in conforming to safety, EEO, insurance, and labor relations requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints, detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
- Previous managerial and supervisory experience in the construction industry, advanced knowledge of, and experience with, construction or project management software.
- Ability to work well with many positions/co-workers, maintain confidentiality with all customer and company information, and possess a professional demeanor and appearance.
