Summary
We are looking for positive, driven Paid Media Specialists with a fluent understanding of digital ad strategies. We utilize platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager (Meta), Google Ads and The Trade Desk. We’re a vibrant, fun, innovative company with headquarters in Atlanta, but this opportunity is remote friendly! The candidate should be ambitious, organized, articulate and a team player. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, launching and monitoring campaigns for various clients in the automotive industry.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop & execute campaigns on various ad platforms
- Most campaigns will revolve around image/video-based ads. Eg:
- Performance Max
- Display
- Video/YouTube
- Implement & ensure proper tracking and attribution
- Monitor and report performance of campaigns
- Effectively manage budgets throughout the month
- Manage and optimize campaigns utilizing best practices
- Collaborate with client facing teams on research and strategy
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for growing skills and facing new challenges
- Assist team members with questions, tasks, and trainings as needed
- Proactively communicate and manage account expectations
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience utilizing FB Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (programmatic platforms are a plus)
- Experience with dynamic ads is a plus
- Familiarity with analyzing data in GA4
- Proactivity in completing daily tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, go-getter attitude
