We are looking for a dedicated Production Manager with at least 5 years of experience in project/production management in the construction industry to help us achieve our mission and vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication:
- Notify customers of the start and end dates for their projects.
- Provide timely updates on changes or adjustments to the schedule or scope of work.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crew leaders, the office team, and the sales team to ensure project details are aligned and communicated clearly.
- Team Management:
- Hold crew leaders accountable for meeting project deadlines.
- Identify any issues preventing schedule adherence and provide guidance or support to help the crew leaders succeed.
- Make sure materials are ordered an on time.
- Scheduling & Logistics:
- Schedule utility locators and ensure necessary permits are pulled for each job.
- Problem-Solving & Support:
- Resolve any issues related to project delays or changes in a timely and effective manner to keep the job on track.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Up to $90,000 annually based on experience.
- Profit Share Bonus: Eligible for a profit share bonus incentive program.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Additional commission-based opportunities allow you to earn up to an extra $40,000 per year.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of production management experience in the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to build and manage spreadsheets

- Additional Requirements: Familiarity with construction project scheduling, permits, and customer relationship management.
