Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with operational QMS measures.
- Collaborate with the Quality Management Team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality control.
- Coordinate inventory management to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Provide data-driven insights on equipment utilization and availability to support operational planning.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as quality assurance or supply chain management.
- Experience working with FPC's QMS Processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
