The Innovation Manager WILL BE hyper-focused on building a new loyalty program / club for the organization. Need experience doing this at a previous company.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of new products and experiences, with a focus on driving consumer loyalty through small-batch, specialty offerings that reinforce the brands global mastery and leadership in its category.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of building loyalty programs as well as have exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
