Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a team responsible for product preparation, labeling, bundling, shrink-wrapping, bubble-wrapping, and finalizing products for outbound shipments.
- Maintain high standards for throughput and accuracy in all labeling and packaging activities, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, effectively managing workflow changes to meet business demands.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics, including kits created per hour per person and overall kit accuracy.
- Conduct time studies and analysis to drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of automation systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience managing high-volume kitting or assembly operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
