Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and Optimize On Platform Marketplace Performance Marketing: Direct and enhance all performance ad campaigns initiatives across key marketplace ad platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Social Commerce) to accelerate customer acquisition, market share, and revenue growth.
- Maintain Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain external vendor relationships to ensure best practices, real-time support, and access to preferred advertiser opportunities.
- Lead and Optimize Off Platform Performance Marketing: Direct and enhance all performance marketing initiatives across key digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Expand into New Channels: Strategically test and scale emerging media channels to support our omni-channel expansion and reach new audiences.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in paid media management, with proven success in overseeing high-budget campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams with direct experience in managing in-house employees globally/remote.
- Expert-level proficiency in data analytics, KPI tracking, and attribution modeling.
