What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director Finance position at ForceBrands?

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the month-end close process, reducing the timeline to efficient and reliable standards
- Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely billing, inventory reconciliation, and AP processing
- Serve as the financial bridge between operations, sales, and executive leadership
- Collaborate with logistics and operations to refine financial processes that impact billing, AP, and overall financial reporting
- Support sales teams in optimizing pricing structures and ensuring margin consistency across product lines
- Develop and implement KPIs to track financial health and operational success
- Lead financial analysis on revenue streams, helping the company navigate potential changes
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth or operationally complex environment
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement
- A mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, influencing and aligning teams across finance, operations, logistics, and sales
- Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms (Power BI experience is a plus)
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
