Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the month-end close process, streamlining it to meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborating closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate billing, inventory reconciliation, and AP processing.
- Acting as the financial liaison between operations, sales, and executive leadership, fostering open communication and driving results-oriented outcomes.
- Developing and implementing KPIs to track financial performance and operational success.
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis on revenue streams, guiding the company through critical business decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of progressively challenging finance leadership experience, preferably in high-growth or complex business environments.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and process enhancement.
