Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Ideally classic CPG training with some high-growth entrepreneurial experience
- High energy, able to hit the ground running
- Excellent cross-functional communicator
- Strong experience and relationships in the natural channel
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in tools like SPINS / IRI / Nielsen, retailer-specific POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
