- Lead efforts to optimize systems and tools, including QuickBooks to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for audits, ensuring GAAP compliance and readiness for the first audit this year
- Develop and monitor KPIs that align operational performance with financial objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles in high-growth, venture-backed companies
- Background in food or CPG industry
- Proven track record scaling companies from $50 million to $150 million
- Experience with audits, GAAP compliance, and building financial structures
