- Assist licensed plumbers with the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. - Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts. - Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. - Participate in field service calls, providing assistance on-site for residential or commercial plumbing issues. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. - Help with HVAC-related tasks as needed, gaining exposure to related systems. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all duties to ensure a safe working environment. - Develop basic math skills necessary for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.
