What You’ll Do
- Ensure secure and stable operations of user devices, computer networks, and messaging infrastructure.
- Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for optimal performance.
- Provide end-user support by resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Administer server backups, computer accounts, and network configurations.
- Maintain and optimize firewall, routing, wireless networking, and unified communications systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy practices and laws, including those in international environments.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical expertise with network and PC operating systems, including current versions of Windows Server OS.
- Extensive application support experience with firewalls, routing, wireless networking, and unified communications systems.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting network hardware, protocols, and standards.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy practices and laws in international environments.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in network or systems administration (e.g., CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Cisco Certified Network Associate).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud-based infrastructures.
