About the Role - Ford AV is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. In this role, you will manage front desk operations with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting various administrative tasks across multiple departments. This position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities -

  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Greet and assist visitors while following security protocols, including signing in / out guests and monitoring access.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, directing them promptly and professionally.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including signing for deliveries and notifying recipients.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, visitor logs, and employee timekeeping.
  • Perform administrative support tasks, such as drafting and editing documents, maintaining postage equipment, and organizing office supplies.
  • Support HR, Accounting, and Sales teams with clerical and administrative needs as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with additional office duties as needed to support smooth operations.
  • Required Skills -

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills, creating a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Dependable and punctual with a track record of excellent attendance.
  • Preferred Skills -

  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM).
  • Experience with Foxit PDF Software.
  • Pay range and compensation package - $21.00 to $24.00 hourly (FLSA Non-Exempt)
