What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy sensor systems and electronic hardware for real-time data collection in manufacturing processes.
- Integrate sensors with factory systems, including PLM, MES, and shop-floor platforms.
- Prototype hardware solutions to solve manufacturing challenges.
- Build scalable hardware and software solutions to support predictive analytics and process improvements.
- Lead PCB design, electronic manufacturing, and data integration efforts to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Manage factory-wide deployments of IoT sensors and systems.
- Work with external vendors to align design, production, and testing requirements with project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, root-cause analysis, and problem solving.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technical guidance on complex projects.
