What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equity Trader position at Ford Capital Fund LLC?

Equity Trader (Series 7 required)

Looking for a team player with a growth mindset interested in learning to transform and do things differently.

Responsibilities :

Assist with order placement, trade executions and trade inquiries
Assist in resolving trade and settlement issues by working with the market centers and exchanges
Handle trading and service related calls

Requirements :

2-3 years trading desk experience preferred

FINRA Series 7 & 63 or 65 licenses required

Core Competencies :

Knowledge of equity and option markets

Thorough knowledge of market place rules and regulations

Demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen and communicate in a clear and concise manner

Must be able to work productively in a group setting and independently

Preferences :

FINRA Series 55 license preferred or obtained within 90 days; Series 4 license preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation :

Compensation will vary based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, and demonstrated performance.
