We are looking for a cross-functional Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. By interacting with all departments, you will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

We are looking for a cross-functional Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. By interacting with all departments, you will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor general office operations
- Design and Implement office policies and procedures
- Oversee staff interactions and respond to questions
- Monitor filing system, order office supplies, & maintain office appearance
- Plan inhouse or offsite activities of the organization
- Maintain staffing by recruiting, selecting, and onboarding all new employees
- Process payroll:
Knowledge of wage garnishment requirements
- Liasson for employee benefits including insurance and 401K
- Maintain registration in associations and community activities
- Assist others throughout the organization in their job functions
- Other duties as assigned
- Proven experience as Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Experience demonstrating ability to ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
- Always looking for additional responsibilities and to take on additional tasks
- Proficient in MS Office
