Ford Meter Box is seeking a Quotation Clerk who can work independently or on a team, has initiative and is well organized. Attention to detail, punctuality, and good communication skills are essential.
The position requires clerical skills which include clear handwriting, accurate typing, and data entry, use and understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer programs in a Windows environment, professional telephone etiquette, excellent filing skills, and ability to analyze, proofread and check lists of numbers. Some formal training in accounting would be a plus but is not required.
