You will be responsible for handling incoming requests made via telephone, internet and service department, and acting as an important point of contact for customers as the product expert. In our experience, successful salespeople have a knack for marketing, sales, and love to learn.

**Prior car sales, RV or Powersports experience OR relevant BDC experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
- Must Be Professional with a confident attitude
- Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Efficient with Time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 call per day
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- Positive, flexible and process-oriented
- Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
- Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping
- Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Quick thinker and learner
- Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
- An interest in the automotive industry
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
- Enjoy providing customer enthusiasm
- Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Team Members Attentiveness
- Saturdays required and some Sundays
