Position Requirements and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal communication skills, organization, and attention to detail is a must
Previous administrative work experience preferred
Ability to provide great customer service a must
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
Position Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers and determines the nature of their visit
Answer inbound service calls and distribute to appropriate personnel via transfer of calls and / or taking thorough messages and delivering
Communicate with callers and customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Help maintain appearance of customer waiting area
Assist with clerical duties as requested
Other duties to be determined by management
